I'd suggest reading the gcc man page. Also, if you are using a 2.0
release (post-beta), you also probably just want to use make micaz
sim rather than make micaz sim-cygwin. I've updated the tutorials
online and in CVS to give some troubleshooting tips on compiling
under Cygwin.
