Warning: this is not a reality-based reply since I
actually haven't tried to do this...but...

Since the 'Zs are in the same freq band as 802.11b
you should be able to use any antenna you can find
for regular wireless use. I know you can get little
patch antennas that plug into notebook PCMCIA cards,
all the way up through yagi's to 24db parabolics. (hmm,
I should try my 24db on a mica sometime just for grins...)
A Search for "802.11 antennas" would probably work.

The connector on the micas is a MMCX which you can get
from. e.g., Digi-key, and some of the PC cards have
the same connector so you should be able to find
antennas with the right thing attached...caution there
is another, MCX? or something, that is _almost_ the same,
but not compatible. If you have to go on the hoof, they are
speced for different RG cables so pay attention to which
ones you get. They are also breathtakingly expensive and
hard to assemble, and you can forget about the $200 crimper
as it probably won't help much...

Actually, now that I think on it, I just soldered my
antenna leads to the mica2's. But that's at less than
half the freq of the 'Z's, so YMMV with that.
