Hm. It looks like Cygwin compatibility problem has raised its head
again. I'll build an RPM for your version of Cygwin tonight and put
it up on the web page.
There is now an alternate version of the Cygwin nesC RPM on
tinyos.net and referenced from the install/upgrade instructions.
