In general it's probably opening something, you
should see a different error if the port doesn't exist.
Those flash errors usually mean that the mote is not
responding when the program is read back, which could be
as simple as not being connected or more problematic
like a bad mica board.
Make sure you are using the right port device name,
ubuntu may use a different string for serial ports
but I don't know what it is supposed to be...
Then start wiggling connections, testing cables, and
check the MIB power.

If i am correct,I think uisp can't access the serial port.can anyone plz
