A handy trick is to use the "file" command in Linux when the expected
program fails.  For this example I see:

$ file jflashmm.tgz
jflashmm.tgz: ASCII HTML document text
----

Crazy.  But renaming the file to give it the html extension and firing
it up in FireFox shows that this is correct.  A command line must have
gone wrong when they were trying to created the tarball.  Not sure what
7-zip is doing...
