Hi Mohammad,

I found that the file can be downloaded from the TinyOS contrib folder 
in SourceForge:
http://tinyos.cvs.sourceforge.net/viewvc/tinyos/tinyos-2.x-contrib/intelmote2/tools/platforms/intelmote2/

This one works on both Windows and Linux
