Guys thanks for your help, now I have successfully interfaced the CC2420EM with my atmega128 for the custom node. As I am using the avrispmkII programmer, I cant seem to connect to my USB port. I have installed the Lib-usb utility and accessing the avrispmkII in avrdude.
I can program the MCU but when i try to run the java applications, I dont know to which port to connect (COM1, COM2, etc.). Kindly help me with this issue.
