i'm not sure if ftsp will be useful for computers. you need low level access
to OS to achieve the high accuracy.

anyways, for starters, i'd start with documents referred from
http://docs.tinyos.net/index.php/FTSP

ie, reading the paper and understanding the lower level components. the test
application also has a README.txt file describing the test setup and
parameters
