Hi, If I remember correctly, you said you were using the version from Crossbow. I think this comes with XMesh, the mesh networking protocol developed by Crossbow. Maybe you could use this? The documentation should be on the CD.
I think there are not too many people here who can help you with TinyOS 1.x or the Crossbow version of TinyOS. If you don't have specific reasons to stick with an old version and this project is going to be a bigger project, I personally it would be best to switch to TinyOS 2.x (i.e., remove the old installation and make a completely new installation according to the tutorials on the website).
