Yes, Moteworks comes with XMesh, but not CTP. I am not familiar with CTP, so I'm not sure it's equivalent to XMesh. XMesh forms a routing tree rooted at the base station (node id=0) for forwarding data from nodes to the base station.
Since MEMSIC bought Crossbow's WSN arm, input from Crossbow's WSN developers and support team have been non-existent here - they used to reply here to questions related to their platform or Moteworks specifically.
