Hi, I've read the MPR/MIB User's Manual and the Atmega1281 datasheet. I have some questions regarding the Iris sensor interface. The pin descriptions in Section 2.2.1 and Section 11.2.1 do not match. For example, in Section 2.2.1, pin 7 is labelled as PA5 whereas in Section 11.2.1, pin 7 is labelled as CC_CCA. Is there some documentation where I can find a description of the pins shown in Section 2.2.1? Basically I wish to find out the meaning of PAx, PBx, PEx, PGx, PWx, and the "Thru connect" pins.
Also, Section 11.2.1 mentions that we shouldn't use some pins. Using the nomenclature in Section 2.2.1, these pins are: PA5, PROG_MOSI, PROG_MISO, SPI_CK, and RSTN. Why shouldn't we use these pins?
