I've gone to this page via various paths and it is blank.   Someone should
probably take a look at it.  I'm using the url:
http://docs.tinyos.net/tinywiki/index.php/CoAP   I'm using Safari 5.0.5 on
an iMac.  I've also tried it with Firefox same result.

So it's not that it make blip better but it implements higher layers on top
of blip.

Is that correct?
