We are currently in the process of fixing things but it is a volunteer
project like much of tinyos.

Also it would help if you gave us more information about what repositories
you were using.  Like the full url that you are using to access the tools
repository.

Also our current work in progress tools repository is at
http://tinyprod.net/debian-dev/

it currently doesn't have the tinyos-tools package so you will have to fudge
a bit.

The other way to work around the Stanford Natty incompleteness is to point
at lucid instead of natty.

The packages really are the same.
