Thank you (and Andras) for reporting this problem. I have included the meta packages (avr-tinyos-base, avr-tinyos, avr-optional-tinyos, tinyos-required-avr) to the Stanford repository. Now you should be able to upgrade cleanly. Let me know if you run into some problems.
