Hi Srkanth, There's not much example code as far as I know. Check the tos/sensorboards/mts300, mts400 and mda100 sensorboard drivers' lower levels. There's also a TEP about low level IO (you should probably start with this): http://www.tinyos.net/tinyos-2.1.0/doc/html/tep117.html
