Hi!
I used the google code source (http://code.google.com/p/tinyos-main/source/checkout) and for the tools I have these two in my sources.list:
deb http://tinyos.stanford.edu/tinyos/dists/ubuntu natty main
deb http://hinrg.cs.jhu.edu/tinyos natty main
and I installed them using Synaptic. I installed all the msp430 and avr packs, and for mica2 I had no problem compiling, and for telosb, I get some errors as you did, but I copied what I told you before and it worked.
