Question: How would this fit into the concept of faculty load. I know that there is a push at many colleges/universities to have faculty members teach more classes per semester/year. Does this count towards the faculty members regular load or is it in addition to it? If in addition to it, could it be used to argue for an increase in number of courses per semester which becomes the new faculty load with the research group on top of that? Linda -- Linda M.
