Industrial/Organizational Psychologist:  The
Department of Psychology at Minnesota State
University, Mankato (formerly Mankato State) is seeking
applicants for a tenure track position in our masters
program in I/O psychology.  Starting date is August
2002.  Rank: assistant professor. Requirements: Ph.D.
in industrial/organizational psychology or a
closely related field, appropriate coursework,
potential for strong teaching, and  potential to
develop a program of research that allows
collaboration with students.

The teaching load will include: selection, performance
evaluation, psychometrics, and introductory
psychology. Additional courses may include a subset of
the following: employee training, program evaluation,
leadership, minority issues, and/or an area of
the applicant�s specialization.

We are particularly interested in faculty whose
teaching and research interests focus on selection,
performance evaluation, and/or psychometrics.
Ability to use instructional technology for teaching is helpful.
