Are these hypothetical counselors held to any code of ethics? And, administrators never have policies for every situtation, yet they hire and bear some legal responsibility for the actions of professionals who determine what is best in the absence of explicit policies. In this hypothetical situation, does the administration have a policy in place for every other conceivable accommodation?
