There is a book of readings designed to accompany the Galotti text called
"Experimenting with the Mind" by Lloyd Komatsu which contains many of the
classic articles, some of them edited to make them more accessible. I have
used it once or twice for the upper division course and it is possible for
the students to read, but it is hard work.

Sternberg and Wagner have another book called "Readings in Cognitive
Psychology". Again, mostly classic papers, but I have not used that book
myself.

A third book that is pitched at a lower level is the "Introductory Readings
for Cognitive Psychology" by Honeck.

There is also, of course, Neisser's "Memory Observed", for a more applied
approach to memory.
