The DEPARTMENT OF PSYCHOLOGY at SOUTHERN ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY EDWARDSVILLE seeks applicants for a tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor rank to begin August 1, 2002. Applicants must have a promise for high quality research and a strong commitment to undergraduate and graduate teaching. The individual filling this position will teach courses in the graduate and undergraduate programs, conduct research, supervise theses, and advise students. Assistant Professor, Clinical Psychology (Adult): Applicants should have a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from an APA-accredited program, and preference will be given to applicants who are qualified to teach adult personality assessment, adult cognitive assessment, and psychotherapy (e.g., cognitive-behavioral therapy, group and family therapy).
