I wonder if anyone has noticed the on-line (and free!) _Journal of Articles in Support of the Null Hypothesis_, a new peer-reviewed psychology journal. It sounds like a good idea, especially for those of us who insist on doing studies that fail to reject the null and don't know what to do with them.
By coincidence, given a previous post of mine concering the latest webessay by Judy Harris on birth order effects and "Born to Rebel" claims, one of the first articles published is Guastello and Guastello (2002), "Birth Category Effects on the Gordon Personal Profile Variables". They conclude: "The hypothesized differences must be relegated to folklore." That also seems like a good idea to me.
