Hi TIPSters: Does anyone have any recommendations for a user-friendly text that discusses the process of developing attitudinal questionnaires. A student in my Tests and Measurements class would like to develop one for her project and our text provides limited coverage. I remember that I used a text in a graduate-level measurement class that took the reader step-by-step through the process of developing attitudinal surveys. It was a small book with a red cover, but that is all I remember. Can anyone help me out?!?!?
