What about having the students do an independent research project? For the cognition class I teach (4 S.H.) students are required to do 4 labs as well as their own research project.

One of my students asked me if he could do Cognition as an Honor's option. I already have my students do experiments and write up papers in addition to tests - any ideas that could make it an Honor's option without overloading the student? Deb Dr. Deborah S.
