Our department offers a course on the psychology of sleep twice a year. 
It closes within about two hours at the opening of registration each
semester!

One of our adjuncts who is the Associate Director of a sleep clinic here
in St. Louis teaches the course.  He uses Sleep by J. Allan Hobson (W H
Freeman & Co.).  His syllabus can be found at
