health psychology grad programs/info

I thought I would take advantage of the summer lull in TIPS  postings 
to ask my usual grad school advising question about an area I'm 
unfamiliar with. This time it's health psych.

I'd appreciate any advice on programs, resources, research 
opportunities, applied job possibilities (post PhD), or anything else 
that might be helpful for an excellent student of mine who'd like to 
get a Ph.D doing this kind of research.
