Title: I/O psychology Position
The Department of Psychology at Minnesota State University, Mankato is seeking applicants for a tenure track position in our masters program in I/O psychology.  Starting date is August 2004.  Rank: assistant professor.  Requirements: Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology or a closely related field, appropriate coursework, potential for strong teaching, and  potential to develop a program of research that allows collaboration with students.

The teaching load will include courses related to: selection, performance evaluation, psychometrics, and introductory psychology.  Additional course(s) related to one or more of the following: employee training, program evaluation, leadership, diversity issues, and/or an area of the applicant's specialization. 

All MSU faculty are expected to demonstrate effective teaching, scholarly activity,  commitment to advising students from diverse backgrounds and service to the university.
