Calling on the collective wisdom of tipsters:

I'm teaching a summer session course this year that is basically a critical 
thinking course but will also have a cognitive component. So, thanks to 
tipsters' great advice I have figured out how I want to organize the critical 
thinking component (eventually the syllabus will be on line and I can tell 
anyone interested out to find it). 

Now, here is my second question: I need advice for a SHORT / BRIEF cognitive 
text or readings text of fundamental issues in cognition.

So far it looks like I am going to put together just a set of readings for the 
critical thinking, so maybe a set of readings would also be good here.....

Anyway, I await more of your great suggestions.
