Got this one OK. The earlier one had been replaced with cautionary text.

OK, I'm going to go about this another way--I don't know if I'll be allowed more than three posts today, but I'm going to try anyway.

The recent thread about taboos has been prevented from entering my mailbox by a security policy--apparently my university has a Symantec watchdog in place and there was a "forbidden word" in the subject line of any e-mails in that thread. I replied a few moments ago to see if the censorship was bidirectional but when I received my copy of my message, my reply was deleted.

So I was wondering if you all received a replacement message in the "taboo" message I sent out moments ago or if you got my actual message (which was along the lines of this one, only it had the forbidden word in it).

Could you please reply to this one (or the other one if you could read it) and let me know what you received? I never realized this policy was in place, especially when you consider some of the jokes and pictures I've gotten.

I find this whole censorship thing surprising and I guess somewhat intriguing. How many others have this same policy?
Thanks,
Carol
