My experience is the same as Deb's, I had been using Matlin for years.  Goldstein is 
more physiologically oriented than some of the others, so my students find it more 
difficult than Matlin.  It offers a WebCT supported version, which I have used and 
liked.  That provides a lot of online demos and student study support to help the 
students.
