Thanks for your input!  And you actually describe the situation well --
I'm a social/personality psychologist who feels comfortable covering
counseling, cognitive, developmental (though I'd really like to get a
developmentalist), and environmental.

A couple of questions -- what do you mean by "theories classes"?  And
"clinical folks with a bio background"? -- as in bio-based treatment? 
Would someone with that background be comfortable covering e.g. cognitive
neuroscience?
