I think that one factor that you should consider is the availability of adjunct instructors to teach the various specialized courses that will not be covered by the full-timers. For example, I imagine that it would be far more difficult to locate instructors qualified and willing to teach methods and statistics, key courses in any psych. curriculum, than would clinical and personality courses.
