Mark,      I have had excellent success using the the Hothersall text along with Benjamin and Baker's coverage of applied psychology.  My course is taught as a senior capstone and is done totally online.  The syllabus is at http://www.humboldt.edu/~campbell/p485.htm   Feel free to borrow or adapt whatever looks useful.   --Dave Mark S.
