We're going to be advertising an opening next year, for the following year, and I'd like to make sure that we increase our chances of getting good applicants (ideally women and people of color). Does anyone have any advice on how soon to begin advertising? Or on where to advertise? We'll definitely advertise in the Chronicle of Higher Education, the Observer and the Monitor, but perhaps there are other sites worth advertising in.
