Let me help with those links and your questions. Would you agree that Jack Van Impe Ministries is an "evangelical Christian organization?" (Would you agree that Rexella is h-o-t? Sorry, I got distracted.) Go to http://www.jvim.com/ and use their search function for "satanic abuse."
Try Bob Larson Ministries (http://www.boblarson.org) and click on "Hot Topics." Scroll down to the MPD/DID section. Both of these sites seem to promote the idea that Satan-worshippers are behind some of the well-known cases of sexual abuse, "human sacrifice", etc., although I don't know if they "fuel" the belief. I don't know how many Pastor Bubbas read or listen to these people and feed it to their flocks.
