Tipsters:I am having a difficult and frustrating time sending my messages to
Tips.It appears that I am being timed-out.If I
spend more than 2 minutes in the message box,my posts are not delivered or
saved.This does not happen with any other addressee.Any suspicions here?are my
first amendments right being violated?Can I sue for intentional infliction of
emotional distress?
