In response to #2, it is clear that the media have no sense of ethics, they do what they do to try to gain market share, not to distribute information and news.  The fact that there is a furor among many that major news outlets frequently air "news items" which are corporate designed and produced commercials as news.

The second thing is that I have noted that the subject of this subject line seems to be dodging and weaving.  He has not posted with his @dbcc.edu address for some time and posted from @netscape.com and today from @copper.net.
