Gary,
 
Our network seems pretty darn good. We
hardly ever get hit with problems like
you mention (maybe once a semester or
so). They do very occasionally take the
system down at in inconvenient time
without carefully thinking about
classes.
Generally I think we have a good

 How reliable is the computer network at
your school.  We seem to get hit with
frequent outages where email and web
access is unavailable. I wanted to know
if that is common or are we an anomaly
