Yes, but the "right place" is far across a foggy heath. Unfortunately,
all too often, one is subjected to them in a packed gymnasium these
days. (For those of you who have no idea what I'm talking about, come up
to Canada for a graduation ceremony some day. The Scottish tradition is
still strongly engrained here.)
The only exception is once a year, on the Rabbie Burns day, when they
pipe in the haggis at a banquet.
Rabbie??? Rabbie??? Burn, kill the heretic. He miswrote the name of The
Saint (even if his phoentics were approximately correct). :-)
