Beth- My apologies.- Stephen- Yep. I totally spaced that one! :) Too much
Nitrous hanging on from earlier today, I suspect. Or as my students might say,
"A little slow on the uptake, prof!" :)

Beth and Stephen- I do have to admit to being totally skeptical about this
syndrome even after reading about it the first time in a journal. If memory
serves it was near the beginning of April, if you know what I mean. In that
instance I was completely taken in by my own suspicious nature. Maybe Beth
revealed a new one- Late Night Nitrous Fatigue Syndrome! The only known cure is
a little crow followed by extended sleep session (I second Stephen's, "Well
done, Beth!").

Beth Benoit went:

Tim Shearon tried to explain:

I think I can help here. Tim, my deconstruction of Beth's remark is not
that she was expressing amazement at foreign language syndrome (as well
we all may). Instead, she was contributing a tiny perfect sample of Young
American dialect (accent, if you will).

Well done, Beth.
