Stephen,
Sorry to report but Val Gal has come east with a vengeance. It threatens
to supplant my beloved "Yooperese" in Michigan. Boys don't speak Val.
Instead many of them try to emulate their favorite Rapper or Hip Hop
star. I've heard the label "Wigger" given to it. Example:

Me: Good Morning John
J: Yo, What up G.
Me: Turn to page 347
J: Whatchu mean? You on crack or what?

Like Annette, I also have a great view of front and back eternal
cleavage too. Girls act like I'm jealous and male outrage is amazing
when I tell them I see their underwear. I get accused of being a
"stalker".

Sigh,

Do they still make sans-i-belt pants? They were so cool in 1969!

Actually, I see from Beth's response that I didn't get it quite right.
It's gender-specific, and so should be something like "Young Female
American Dialect". I doubt that we'd hear any young American males
talking like that. But unfortunately that name produces the forgettable
acronym YFAD.

Can we still call it "valley girl talk" or is that so last millenium?
