Because it's not about Kubler-Ross anymore. It is about the value of
judgements based on "clinical experience" in the absence of empirical data.
This is an issue that has turned psychologists into "cognitive scientists",
"neuroscientists", "behavioral biologists", etc. There is still so much "what
I discover from my clients" B.S., tainted with the therapists own religious
beliefs and emotional baggage (or is it "unfinished business"), that will
forever condemn clinical psychology to the status of faith healing.

Dear friends and colleagues,
Why don't we give Kubler-Ross a much deserved respite?
