Is there any reliable source for the disorders being considered for
addition to the DSM-V? For disorders being considered for deletion? I
know that the task forces were just created this year, and that the
DSM-V is not slated to be published until 2012, but I haven't heard
anything definitive besides that. There are similar articles arguing
for this disorder or that being added (e.g., Obesity), and there is the
appendix in the current DSM-IV-TR that describes symptom sets under
consideration, but even these are dated in light of more contemporary
concerns (e.g., Internet Addiction). Anybody have the inside scoop?
