Miguel, there's always time.  I just find it and make the time because it's 
important to
me.  I usually read before I hit the sack.  I've been reading the "Women's 
Murder Club"
series lately.   I get up at before the crack of dawn, brew coffee, do the 
crossword
puzzles online, workout, and power walk.  I even take a daily 20 minute power 
nap sometime
in the early afternoon.  It's all quite refreshing and invigorating.  You gotta 
stop and
smell the proverbial roses.  Life is too short not to.  Trust me, I know.
