Maybe this is a good time to haul out that yearly posting from Beloit College about "this year's freshman class." I find that I need to update my examples, as these kids don't really recall the Challenger explosion (so much for that example for discussions of groupthink), Jonestown (have to use videos to discuss cult behavior because they never heard of it), and on and on.
