I taped that show when it was on TV. It's sort of typical of the kind of "scientific" show that panders to the masses. Lots of melodromatic music and showing of the same segments over and over in slow motion. The Russian girl is shown as well as a little boy, supposedly feral children. They seem to be more typical of sadly neglected children than true feral children. I was horrified to hear poor Genie mentioned by name though. That's probably how her true name got over the internet. Her older brother was also shown - and named, as well as both her parents.
It's not a great video - not the kind that you kick yourself for having missed! The Nova video is much better.
