Hello Miguel: I set up our system, tested it and then student researchers were the people who actually used it. The basic proceedure is that the participants go to the website and look at the available studies and sign up. The system sends an email reminder to the participants (and the researchers too if you choose). The researchers enter into the system who comes. I think it is just a check box or something simple. I am sure it is the experimenters who record attendance.
The system keeps track of how many studies each student has participated in. Students can log in and check their credits. This is helpful for the students who forget. Joe Joseph J. Horton Ph. D.
