What Bill said! We all know that we go to work every day because we are 
dedicated to knowledge and our students and the paycheck hasn't anything to do 
with it. (Waiting for the flame- must be feeling frisky today). :) BTW- TIPS 
rules!!! I do apologize if I'm being a bit "off task" in my posting the last
