I'd also be interested in how this plays out over time. I suspect that 
the initial elation of getting money for grades will quickly pale. 
Students will start to "expect" that the money will roll in and the 
small monetary difference between being rewarded for excellent work 
and mediocre work will not be sufficient to produce extended extra 
effort. An interesting experiment, but I would like to see at least 
five years worth of data before I climbed on this bandwagon.
