I have had class discussion on this related to evol. psych explanations and comparisons. Have the class find examples of men leaving women who are unfaithful? Men may also be more likely to respond violently to such unfaithfulness. Also, note that women might SAY, in hindsight, they would not do this (that is, stay with their man) but perhaps the evidence suggests otherwise. Anyway, it provoked some interesting class discussion in my social psych group. Gary
